Good question. We actually had one of our small group leaders ask about this yesterday. She asked, "why are we calling the ones who aren't coming? Shouldn't we be calling the ones who are to keep them more connected so they don't stop coming."

Yah, that's exactly where we're headed. I think that next week I'm going to tackle our strategy for small group and follow-up in our kids ministry. I'll first explain the strategy and then how we'll use the technology to do it.

How often would you have leaders follow up with these families? We have been mulling over how to do this and what method is the most effective way to ensure families don't "fall through the cracks."
