We actually had one of our small group leaders ask about this yesterday. She asked, "why are we calling the ones who aren't coming? Shouldn't we be calling the ones who are to keep them more connected so they don't stop coming." Yah, that's exactly where we're headed. I think that next week I'm going to tackle our strategy for small group and follow-up in our kids ministry.
